Liz, Jane, and Abby are friends from the Delta Gamma House. Abby was Aubree's room mate last year. She will really miss Abby.

DG's pick her up in Salt Lake Airport

She had a wonderful welcome from her best friends in the airport.
Friends forever. I'm not sure what is worse the one staying or the one leaving. Aubree and Lauren are 12 hours apart. Born in the same hospital. Aubree took cuts in heaven and beat Lauren to earth.

All three girls are entering together.

Aubree and Lauren visited Jenna who is a missionary on Temple Square. Jenna left early July. I'm sure that was a treat for all of them to say one last farewell.

MTC Arrival

She's going in with her friend Liz Cannon. Check-in time is 12:00...She looks so excited! I like the hands off, not hugs. My guess is that she knows this guy from school. Funny!

Passing the torch

Brenan has been waiting for Aubree to leave so he can get her phone. He's been very impatient but knew it would be worth the wait. As much as Brenan would never admit it, I'm sure he will miss Aubree the most! It's been nice to have a big sister around even if he loved to tease her. We love you Aubree!

Final Feast

So Aubree had a list of food meals she wanted me to make before she left for her mission. This was the last meal that was on her list called the Christmas casserole that I make every year for Christmas morning...can you tell she is so excited she didn't miss it this year. She loves food!

Emily Scissorhands

Off with her Head, I mean hair...a little shocking for her but in the heat of the Brazilian Sun she will love it.

Her Goal- it will be back in 18 months. Who knows, she might like it shorter! She's adorable....love you Aubree Girl.

Locks of Love

Aubree has waiting to cut her hair until right before she leaves. She is donating her 11" to the Locks of Love program.

We will mail her hair to Florida where they take virgin hair and make it into wigs for cancer patients.

After it was all said and done she ended up cutting about 15" off. She looks adorable, pictures soon to follow.

Family Ties

Our first family photo with the entire family together in a year, we are getting bigger....

Corbin's came to support, we had tacos of course.

This picture doesn't happen too often and won't happen for a while.

DG Farewell Salute
