OC Fair

Brenan with his friend Tyler after manning the scout booth. They are getting on Evolution. Yeah, only good for the young at heart and stomach, just wake me up when this was over-no thanks! We just go for the funnel cakes, quilt displays, vendors trying to sell us the newest gadgets, and yes the freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Yummm!
Ready to rock, roll, and ride...hold on to your stomachs.

March 10, 2009

WELLLLLLL.....Amber and Taylor have had enough time to get the word out! I can finally post this after waiting 2 weeks. So yeah, #2 is on the way. Zoe is going to be a big sister. I'm hoping for March 2nd. We are so EXCITED for this new angel to arrive. Just a short enough window to have this little one then they are off to their residency for the next 5 years. Yes, the babies will be 19 months apart. There's something to say about having children in your youth. And we all know Amber and Taylor have plenty of energy to pass around. As for Nanna, I'm already tired just thinking about it...CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Guests have arrived

The 4th of July just wouldn't be the same with out our good friends Anne & Corey.
The weather was perfect, the food was delicious, and our blessings are abundant!

Aubree and Travis are having fun chowing down! Ready for a dip?

Aubree, Amanda and Hannah are steaming in bubbles, it's a hot one!

For the first time in 6 years all of the Procuniars boys are at our home.
Welcome back Jared who's soon to be wed, Jacob who's at BYU graduating this year,
and Aron who leaves for the MTC headed to Mexico City in August.
It was a great day!
PS. Brenan is MIA (Scout Camp @ Cherry Valley in Catalina)

BBQ is waiting

Gearing up for some food, fun, and sun. Pools clean, patio is rinsed, where is everyone?
We're not waiting...

James and Blake are checking things out on Mac. Ready for the food to begin! Come on over...

Aubree got a little too much wakeboarding and her muscles let her know it.
Amanda has come to the rescue with some profession stretches.
Happy 4th of July Everyone!!!

Family Ties

Waiting on Jordan, It's the same event just different players. Cousins waiting for that weathered face of a missionary. As the years move on the scene changes and memories are created. But the common thread is there will always be family to greet each Elder upon his arrival.
Same emotional tears, the look on a mother's face to greet her son, watching boys who know that feeling of return and boy's waiting their turn to go. A moment of reality for the past and the future.
The anticipatioin of each new commuter jet as it unloads it's passengers. As our stomachs growled for the additional 3 hours, American Eagle jet #5 finally delivered Jordan.
Sisters who support each other day to day sharing our life experiences knowing some of us have been here before. It's the love that binds us, the gospel that lifts us, and the Savior that comforts us. Families can last the journey even through eternity.

Brenan's little Buddy

Brenan won Zoe's heart hands down next to Amber.
She just knows he's a kid and wanted to play with him non-stop. She followed him around.
He was the only one that could actually keep up with her. Just wait until she walks, yikes!
You've got to love the spirit of youth, and the ability to entertain a nine month old...
